Kelly Anz, 58, was the skier who perished in a collision on Sunday at the Eldora Mountain ski facility, according to the Boulder County Coroner’s Office.

Anz, who was traveling from Texas with a group, is said to have fallen, slid down the run, and then struck a tree while skiing on the Muleshoe ski run.

Members of her company discovered she was not breathing or conscious, so they started CPR and dialed 911. When emergency personnel came, they took her to the first-aid area, where she was later pronounced dead.

Although there is no indication of foul play, the investigation is still continuing.
