He is best recognized for being the dad of Giannis Antetokounmpo (Nigerian-Greek Professional Basketball Player). Giannis is worldwide famous for representing the Milwaukee Bucks of the NBA.
He joined Milwaukee Bucks back in 2013 and previously he used to perform for Filathlitikos from 2011 to 2013. In his successful career, this player won NBA Most Valuable Player Awards in 2019 and 2020. Antetokounmpo was also dubbed as the NBA Defensive Player of the Year in 2020.
